Pipe Cleaning Tool

Designed to clean, deburr, and mark pipe ends for FITS products the PCT II provides job-site or limited production shop cleaning for pipe from 1 - 2" (25 - 50 mm). POT II is provided complete with stand, 120-volt AC motor and automated pneumatic cleaning wheel feed. Foot switch control leaves the operator's hands free to handle pipe.

Power Drives VPD752	The Victaulic VPD752 Power Drive can be used as the power drive unit for the VE226, VE260FS, VE272FS and VE416FS roll grooving tools, provided the tool is equipped with the correct base plate. It utilizes a 60Hz universal motor and requires 115V/1 Phase 15 amps of power. It is operated with a safety foot switch.
Power Mule	Power Mule is the ideal drive for Victaulic individual Vic-Groovers, VG28, VG28GD and VG824. It is a heavy duty, two-wheeled unit which drives Victaulic cut grooving tools at the speed and power necessary for efficient grooving. Power Mule is equipped with a Forward-Off-Reverse control, integral foot switch, and a l" square drive connection. Tool plugs directly into 115 volt, 15 amp service.

Pocket-sized steel tapes are available for taking circumferential measurements, marked in Tooths of an inch increments. Tapes may be used for measuring (3/4" through 22" nominal pipe) the O.D. at the base of the groove (the "C" diameter). Tapes are notched on the lead end to allow proper overlap within the groove for more accurate measurement.

Pipe Stands VAP112	The 112 Adjustable Pipe Stand is designed for supporting pipe to be roll grooved. It is a four legged portable self-standing unit that permits Fee pipe rotation and traversing on ball transfers. Turnstyle design allows pipe to be spun around for grooving of both pipe ends without dismounting pipe Tom stand. 112 Stand supports pipe sizes 1 - 12" (25- 300 mm) up to 1075 pounds (490 kg) in weight.
VAPS224	The 224 Adjustable Pipe Stand permits free pipe rotation and traversing on ball transfers, mounted to permit use ofpipe slings. Turnstyle design allows pipe to be spun around for grooving of both pipe ends. 224 Stand supports pipe sizes 2 - 24" (50 -600 mm) up to 1800 pounds (816 kg) in weight. VAPS 2636 is available for pipe 26 - 36" (660 - 900 mm) size; up to 2700 pounds (1227 kg) in weight.
