Bolt hole template shown for round base is the same as for the flange of the supporting pipe size, except using only four holes in all cases so placed as to straddle center lines. The bases of these fittings are intended for support in compression and are not to be used for anchors or supports in tension or shear. Grooved end base 90° Elbows (#X-90 CDI) and Base Tees (#X-CDI) are available with dimensions to ANSI B16.1.
