Victaulic Series 608 butterfly valves are designed to provide bubble-tight shut-off in both directions to 300 PSI
(2065kPa). The valve features a double seal disc design with a resilient elastomeric coating bonded to the ductile
iron disc core. The disc drive hub is integrally cast as part of the disc and can be actuated by manual lever or
gear, pneumatic, electric or hydraulic operators.
Series 608 butterfly valves consist of a rugged cast bronze body to CDA-836 (85-5-5-5). Disc coatings are
available in nitnle (for oil services) and EPDM (for water service to +230°F/+110°C).
