Grooved Piping System for Copper Tubing - Type K, L, M, DWV

The Victaulic copper connection system is for joining large diameter copper tubing (CTS) in 2 - 8" (50 - 200 mm)sizes.
Patented angled pad design adjusts to standard tubing tolerances and provides positive clamping on the tubing to resist flexural and torsional loads.
The system uses a proven pressure-responsive synthetic rubber FlushSeal gasket to seal on the outside diameter of the tubing. This means no heat is required and no lead is used. The housing provides the gripping strength for pressure ratings up to 300 PSI (2065 kPa), depending on the type of copper tubing and size.
Always use grooving rolls designated for copper.
International Sizes
A variety of international sizes, specifically designed for joining larger diameter copper tubing isnow available in British Standard (BS 2871) sizes. It is also available in DIN Standard (DIN 1786) and Australian Standard (AS 1432) sizes.
Products that meet the British Standard include 50 - 150 mm couplings, 90° and 45° elbows, tees, reducers, and a special adapter which mates to BS flanged products. All products are rated to 10 Bar (Request 27.08). Products covered by the DIN Standard include DN 50 - DN 150 mm couplings and copper fittings rated to 16 Bar (Request 22.09). Australian Standard components include DN 50 - DN 150 mm couplings for Types A, B. and D copper tubing, copper fittings, and butterfly valves (Request 22.10). These products are rated to 2450 kPa.

The Style 606 coupling fits copper tubing (CTS) in 2 - 6" (50 - 150 mm) sizes providing a leak-tight seal up to 300 PSI (2065 kPa). UL/ULC Listed, the Style 606 coupling eliminates the need for brazing or soldering and incorporates a unique patented angled-pad design allowing the housings to offset to obtain a rigid joint.
