The Grooved System for Stainless Steel Piping

The Victaulic system for stainless steel piping provides fast, easy, economical joining of Schedule 5, 10, 20 and 40 austenitic pipe for widely varied services. Designed around Type 316/316L components, it is generally suitable for Type 304 and others for services within the capabilities range.
Pipe can be field roll grooved or cut grooved to conform to ANSI/AWWA C-220 requirements (C-606 section reference) with Victaulic tools. Fittings are supplied grooved to the same standards ready to install. Couplings areavailable for both rigid and flexible joints.

The Style 008 coupling has a unique angle-pad design that resists flexural or torsional loads. Ideal for Schedule 5, 10 or 40 stainless steel pipe, Style 008 provides rigidity which allows support and hanging to ANSI B31.1 PowerPiping Code.
All sizes are Type 316 stainless steel with a variety of gasket materials for a wide range of services (Type 304 optionally available).
