Overall Features
- Totally enclosed lifting mechanism packed in grease and sealed to prevent
leakage.
- Thread pitch on precision-bearing lifting screw provides maximum raise with each
lever stroke.
- Mechanical stop prevents standard from being run out of base.
- Keyway prevents standard from turning under load.
- Outstanding construction - ductile iron base plate (100-ton unit, steel),
drop-forged steel head, high-strength steel screw, alloy steel heat-treated gears and
ratchet assembly, large roller or ball bearings, bronze-bushed pinion shank and screw
stem.
- Aluminum-bronze nut provides high yield, tensile strength: exceptional resistance
to wear, fatigue.
- Easy to carry and spot.
- Manufactured in compliance with ANSI B30.1.

25 to 100 Ton Aluminum Units
- Precision-bearing screw units with one-piece aluminum alloy housing. Will not
rust.
- Furnished with 1 1/8-inch diameter operating lever or pinched-end pry bar.
100-ton units have straight bar stock lever.
- Ideal for outdoor use and other mobile jobs.
15 to 20 Ton Iron Units
- Precision-bearing screw units, iron housing.
- Superior mechanical design permits operation at most angles providing there is a
stable foundation for the base (do not suspend).
- Models 1507 and 111-C-2 furnished with 7/8-inch diameter steel operating
lever/pry bar.
- Other ductile iron models furnished with 1 1/8-inch operating lever/pry bar. Use
for powerful lifting in low-height areas.
100 Ton Steel Unit
- Precision-bearing screw unit with rugged alloy steel housing and base plate.
- Superior mechanical design permits operating at most angles providing there is a
stable foundation for the base (do not suspend). Furnished with 1 1/8-inch diameter steel
operating lever/pry bar.
- For the heaviest, most demanding lifting/holding needs.
