SPECIAL HOIST APPLICATIONS FOR ELECTRIC CHAIN MODELS

TANDEM APPLICATIONS

• Twin hooks move long, unwieldy loads.
• Pushbutton control station allows hoists to be operated either simultaneously or individually.
• Hoists connected mechanically and electrically.
• Available with plain, geared or motorized trolleys.

TWIN HOOK

• Same as tandem trolley application, except hoists have hook or lug suspension for fixed position operation.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC

• Requires only a momentary depression of pushbutton to raise or lower hook to present position.
• Limit switch permits adjustment of end stops anywhere within range of lift.
• Stop button allows stops between limits.

MULTI-LEVEL

• Hoists can be specified with multiple control pendants or wall stations. (Consult factory)

PATENTED CARRIER

• Rated loads from 1/4 to 3 tons.
• On request, hoist units can be furnished with suitable lugs for mounting on patented track carriers.

INCHING CONTROLS

• Selector switch allows hoist to operate in normal run or in jog mode.
• In jog mode, each depression of button advances hook a fraction of an inch (Field adjustable).
• Can be supplied with jog adjustment pot inside hoist enclosure or on pushbutton station.

KEY LOCK

• Key lock on pushbutton station prevents unauthorized use of hoist.
• Multiple stations keyed alike unless otherwise specified.
