Smooth Operating Swivel
Trawl blocks up to eight ton capacity have a thrust pad under the head fitting. Over eight tons capacity, roller bearings are fitted, ensuring smooth operation and easy handling.

Hardened Sheave Grooves
Sheave grooves are hardened to approximately 500 brinell for extended sheave and rope life as well as reduced maintenance.

Roller Bearings
Jeamar sheaves run on roller bearings, ensuring smooth rope movement and reduced friction for more efficient operation.

Weatherproofed
To beat back the weather, the body of the trawl block is galvanized while the sheave is coated with an anti-corrosive paint. This combination reduces maintenance costs and extends the life of the product.
